Each individual may hold only one royal138 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of reason — will be closed and associated balances forfeited. If you lose access to your account, use the official recovery process rather than registering a new one.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify royal138 promptly of any changes via the live support channel.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your royal138 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. royal138 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify royal138 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Your royal138 Account is strictly personal and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party — including family members. Any activity on your Account is deemed to be performed by you, and you bear full responsibility for all bets, transactions, and communications made through your Account credentials.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. royal138 reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 on dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated by the User. Users will be notified via email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
royal138 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL online banking, Meezan Bank transfer, UBL transfer, and selected cryptocurrency networks including USDT and BTC.
The minimum deposit amount at royal138 is PKR 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Specific limits are displayed in the royal138 Cashier section of the platform.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your royal138 Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers (HBL, Meezan, UBL) are credited within 2 to 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. royal138 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network disruptions.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering, which royal138 is legally required to report to the relevant authorities.
All transactions on the royal138 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. No foreign currency accounts are maintained by royal138.
royal138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a royal138 Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting the wagering requirement. Slots and crash games: 100% contribution. Live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10% contribution. RNG table games: 20% contribution. Virtual sports: 30% contribution. Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution.
Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.
royal138 employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies on games with high bonus contributions, hedging bets across multiple outcomes, and coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple Accounts. Detection of bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from Bonus Funds is capped at 10× (ten times) the original bonus amount, or PKR 50,000 — whichever is lower. Any winnings above this cap will be removed when the withdrawal is processed.
royal138 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Verified Accounts receive PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5 minutes of a withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, Meezan, UBL) are processed within 15 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by Account verification tier and payment method, as displayed in the royal138 Cashier section. Unverified Accounts have lower withdrawal limits until KYC is completed.
Withdrawals above PKR 10,000 require completed KYC verification. royal138 may request a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours. Withdrawals are placed on hold during the KYC review period.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Exceptions may be granted at royal138's sole discretion with appropriate documentation.
All bets and wagers placed on royal138 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game's interface or help documentation on the platform.
All bets confirmed by the royal138 system are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify your bet slip — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. royal138 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player.
Odds displayed on the royal138 sportsbook represent royal138's assessment of event probability and include the platform's margin. Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet. In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing, royal138 reserves the right to void affected bets.
royal138 reserves the right to void any bet where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without completion; odds were published in manifest error; the Player had access to information not publicly available at the time of betting; or technical malfunction affected the integrity of the wager. Voided bets are returned to the Account balance as Real Money Funds.
Live in-play betting is subject to brief periods of market suspension during significant events (goals, wickets, fouls, etc.). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and must be resubmitted once markets reopen. Accepted live bets are final at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under royal138's international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and royal138, the parties agree to attempt resolution through royal138's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the royal138 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect (except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation, in which case changes take effect immediately).
Your continued use of the royal138 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
